The city of Oviedo's public schools are served by Seminole County Public Schools. There are two high schools (Oviedo High School Paul J. Hagerty High School), two middle schools and six elementary schools. Some of the private schools include The Master's Academy and St. Luke's Lutheran School. There are a variety of College/University options for Oviedo residents. The Reformed Theological Seminary is located directly in Oviedo. Other institutions within close proximity include the University of Central Florida (approximately 8 miles) Seminole Community College (approximately 10 miles) and the University of Phoenix-Orlando Campus (approximately 12 miles).


There is plenty of entertainment in Oviedo. Visit the Oviedo Marketplace, a new regional mall or play a round of golf.
